Guardian and Conservator

When an individual is unable to make decisions regarding his/ her personal welfare and basic needs, we can be appointed their guardian and/or conservator.

Personal rep. and trustee

EVFS can be named as the successor trustee in your trust and the personal representative in your will. Consultations are free and there is no sign up cost.

Service Agreement

Want to keep control but need some help? We provide fiduciary services to trustees, personal representatives, powers of attorney at their directive through a simple contract.
